Restarting of Club Walks

Hello everybody as you may know the Government are easing restrictions and from May17th organised walks can be conducted with up to 30 people participating however the group of 30 must be broken down into groups of 6 to comply with social distancing rules

The club has decided to organise a local walk around Wolsingham which will be around 6 to 7 miles easy walking.
Unfortunately we are not in a position to start using coaches as of yet therefore you will need to make your own way to the walk location.
Anyone who is interested in doing the walk please can you ring Christine (01207) 505826 so we have an idea of how many people are interested ( The walk is for free)

Walkers are responsible for maintaining social distancing during the walk and refreshment stops. We would also encourage you to bring plenty of hand sanitiser and other ppe such as masks.

Due to the current situation regarding the coronavirus winter lectures for 2020/2021 have been cancelled.

With reference to the CORONAVIRUS we have been advised to cancel all the walks for the year.

THE WALK PROGRAMME FOR 2020 HAS NOW BEEN CANCELLED.

The Winter Programme maybe affected as well, we will keep you informed if we have to cancel them.
